This morning, Craft Materials and Contemporary Architectural Solutions Australia (CASA) have announced they will merge operations to form CASA Systems and Materials.
The move means CASA now provides end-to-end solutions to architects and builders by adding non-ferrous materials like zinc, copper, and aluminium to its offerings.
"We are thrilled about the launch of this new offering which combines the strengths of two leading industry participants", says Group CEO Peter Martin.
"We are confident that this decision will strengthen our service proposition to our clients making us more responsive and easier to do business with. There is no question that the change will cement us as leaders in the ‘design and construct’ sector to contractors seeking to deliver unique and timeless architectural outcomes in relation to facade and roof projects."
CASA General Manager Volker Raedel says the merger will allow the company to provide a "holistic solution" to their clients in New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland.
"By working with CASA our clients do not have to engage and manage multiple suppliers, fabricators and consultants to achieve the same outcome. We are offering turnkey solutions that solve and simplify the complex world of construction for our clients."
The news comes one month after the group received four accolades - including the Commercial Architecture and Heritage Architecture awards - at the prestigious NSW Architecture Awards for their work on Paramount House Hotel and Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Primary School.
